GSP4PDB2 is the last version of the Graph-based Structural Patterns for PDB.This version has improvements in both the pattern drawing section and the results section. Includes new improvements such as saving patterns, filters, graphical visualization of results.

GDBench

A micro-benchmark for benchmarking graph databases based on a social network data model.
